Lee is right, there are labor laws that protect you and in fact you have a lot more protection than they want you to know about.

Not only are you entitled to the sessions payments but now they breached the contract and some other laws also that you would also be able to take legal action against them. Get a lawyer - by the sounds of it you have a very good case but a lawyer will be able to tell you more.

Don't take this from them and stand up for your rights.
