Can but watch at my house and after i'm done watching and reading.

too expensive to pass around, cost me 300 bucks for the dvds alone.

Ryan, please study for A levels first... All the readings can be done after this year... when u are in NS.

i finish exams on monday...got three months after that....can i watch those dvds when you are done?...thanks a lot=)

lol, the bk cannot d/l, so LL have to buy even tho damn expensive...how much was the shipping?

50 + 8 bucks (s/h) USD + vpost another 15 bucks still okay la.
PB was having a free shipping so it was worth while to get my secrets series together with the book.
Given that you can discuss the issue with Lyle on the forums and contrast it with AARR, its a worth while investment.

This book worthwhile to keep as reference,you'll appreciate it more if you're interested in nutrition and a research nerd.

But i just gone thru primative patterns by GC, damn good dvd.
I've learned something new already and it made my day!
