Best places to get a satisfying insulin spike

Post by alex »

Takashimaya food basement-Omu fried rice stall.

Bugis food basement

Isetan basement- Sun Moulin bakery(Delicious quality Japanese breads) and different random stalls selling various Japanese small bites set up at different periods.

The Isetan supermarket isnt that shabby either. Can get reasonably large sticks of yakitori at just $1/stick.

Try the chocolate fondant from Beard papa at either Taka or Bugis.Chocolate just oozes from the core of the pastry. 8)

I am gonna terroize all 3 places after my dieting.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

I think the best for me would be eating rice+sambal stingray+kailan in oyster sauce in Newton, followed by Tandoori Chicken pizza at Timbre (Substation)
