Yes, but the WOD page does:

"Barbara"

Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

wah every thread also can become about louis leh

btw they have tights there, I bought a pair. However, only left L, at least for black. Didn't check the rest of the colors, I think got white(VPL alert), red and light blue. The large is quite large actually, not say very tight. I wear already almost not tights. Just nice nia. $20.
