got a shoulder rehab program? Mine is slowly getting better... today for the first time, when I got up in the morning, I could raise my right arm and the shoulder didn't twinge, I guess the 1+week of rest in copenhagen helped. I'm doing YTWLs, BTNs, foam rolling, and more of the mobility stuff from inside out.
