my friend just told me about this today. wondering if anyone's got more information to share about this?

basically i googled and this thing seems pretty decent to me.

Almost all greens products have this in it, along with wheat grass, barley and chorella usually.

ive one at home.. doesnt taste as good. texture very slimy

green magma is barley grass only, thats why its expensive.
one reason why green magma is popular is because of the taste and texture, many people take it just because its palatable.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
