yeah, saw this in the papers and they printed a rebuttal by Eric in the papers again the following week.

Also on Asiaone forums, he gets blasted.

That's why I always find this section of the paper the most amusing

True true. When you can't structure a meaningful argument, go after the low-hanging fruit, regardless of how irrelevant it may seem.

An interesting article I came across, since the unspoken, but not unpracticed divisiveness of us/them, local/expat, race is barely glossed over by the official line. (I am not saying that this is uniquely SG, just that the hypocrisy is close to the surface when I have a moment at work to troll the forums)
