Who's up for it? I think Phing's enjoying his Milan trip, and I have a family dinner so I can't stay out too late. Have it at TPY?

I'm doing long distance low intensity in milan, florence, lake como, bellagio etc. Fueling up with gelatti. heading out to Chiasso/Mendrisso in about half an hour.

Perfect! Don't you know "NEAT" is in now?
Re: Sun Sep 13
I'm exceeding 30 mins of low intensity aerobic activity at a time, though; isn't that bad?
Re: Sun Sep 13
Oh boy, I'm so in holiday mood, I didn't even realise the F1 was in Monza today, until after the train to switzerland also disgorged a bunch of F1 fans (and even then, it didn't click until the return trip this evening, when I overheard them talking about Barichello).
