i was actually free, but seems like nobody else was.
i suggest we plan it earlier in advance the next time so we can fix the time/location/wod and we can all better plan our schedules

I did finished around 4'ish, might have made it. Anyway, ended up doing LI and agility drills walking around ION orchard.
There's a better burger place there that seems reasonably priced, anybody tried it yet? We could park at my place after 300, walk down, have dinner and gelati next time...

Re: october 11
I go to trueyoga at pacific plaza, more for convenience (right across the street) than anything else. But I was lucky to find a few good classes which are more movement focused (I'm not a fan of "hot" yoga) on saturday and sunday that I enjoy going to with my wife. Right now it's sun salutation 3 on sunday mornings, but there's a teacher on saturday that does hatha yoga (vinyasa style e.g. dancing warrior) that's quite good too.
As with most such classes, the quality of the teacher defines the class.
Not sure if true yoga has a per visit, maybe you can convince them to give you a trial class, and give Keith's number instead of yours, if/when they start bugging you to sign up
