Since I got back last Tuesday afternoon, I've been training with the following since last Wednesday, Friday, this Monday, and today. Is the volume too much? Felt neurally drained this morning.

A2: Press (75 pounds per side) - 3 reps x 6 sets
B1: Weighed Pull-Ups: Bodyweight + 50 pounds - 7 reps
B2: Press (70 pounds per side) - 3 reps
C1: Bodyweight Pull-Ups - 14 reps
C2: Press (45 pounds per side) - 8 reps
D: Barbell Complexes 25 pounds per side - 10 reps
Wednesday Evening
A1: Hammer Strength Chest Press - 95 pounds per side - 6 reps x 6 sets
A2: Seated Cable Row - 250 pounds - 6 reps x 6 sets
B1: Hammer Strength Chest Press - 70 pounds per side - 10 reps x 2 sets
B2: One Arm Dumbbell Row - 85 pounds - 8 reps x 2 sets
C1: Barbell Bicep Curl - 110 pounds - 3 reps x 2 sets
C2: Dumbbell Triceps Extension - 85 pounds - 15 reps x 2 sets
D: Barbell Complexes - 10 pounds per side - 20 reps
Friday Morning
A1: Weighed Pull-Ups Parallel Grip - Bodyweight + 80 pounds - 3 reps x 6 sets
A2: Push Press - 80 pounds per side - 3 reps x 6 sets
B1: Weighed Pull-Ups Parallel Grip - Bodyweight + 55 pounds - 7 reps
B2: Push Press - 75 pounds per side - 3 reps
C1: Bodyweight Pull-Ups Parallel Grip - 15 reps
C2: Press - 50 pounds - 8 reps
D: Barbell Complexes 10 pounds per side - 15 reps
Friday Evening
A1: One Arm Dumbbell Row - 90 pounds - 6 reps x 6 sets
A2: Barbell Neck Press - 55 pounds per side - 10 reps x 6 sets
B1: Seated Cable Row (Wide Grip) - 230 pounds - 8 reps x 2 sets
B2: Barbell Neck Press - 55 pounds per side - 8 reps x 2 sets
C1: Barbell Bicep Curl - 100 pounds - 5 reps x 2 sets

Numbers do not make any sense.
You should monitor Rate of Perceived Exertion, Rate of Perceived Technique, Rate of Perceived Discomfort at all times.
Ask yourself:
-Does RPE increase even though you are doing the same loading parameters as the previous time?
-Does RPT decrease even though you are doing the same loading parameters as the previous time?
