But just read this on T-Nation and it looks interesting, and by interesting of course I meant brutal.

Re: Possible WOD
Hopefully, I'll still be able to come out occassionally.
FF doesn't really have space or equipment to do anything metabolically challenging.
Any ideas for a specific WOD?

Re: Possible WOD
I did read that article, but I didn't get much out of the sample workout... the amount of equipment you'd have to hog just to do one workout seems rather excessive for a gym environment; you'd need dip bar, pullup bar or pulldown station, bunch of DBs, plates, ab roller, and a lot of space.
Nobody for jonesworthy?
6 rounds descending reps of:
A. Squat: 80, 64, 48, 32, 24, 12
B. KB Swing: 40, 32, 24, 16, 12, 6
C. Pull-up: 20, 16, 12, 8, 6, 3
or for the memory challenged:
Squat: 80, 64, 48, 32, 16, 8
KB Swing: 40, 32, 24, 16, 8, 4
Pull-up: 20, 16, 12, 8, 4, 2
i.e. pullups are (2), 4, 8, 12, 16, 20, and KBS are x2, Squats are x4 of the pullups
we just need some KBs (24kg) and pullups bars.

Sounds about right, except I would need a substitution on the feeding part...galapogos wrote:For you? How about...
