The shorts i am using for training is FBT. After one year or so the underwear will stretch and loosen. Anyone can recommend a good model of shorts with build-in underwear? Thanks.
Btw, i tried tights but not comfortable.
Recommend good quality shorts

I would recommend Reebok shorts. Those that are always on sale. $19 each usually.
I use it everyday for work, and it is the only one that breathes, does not get sticky, and still fits nicely for so long.

I've worn my stretchy Adidas training shorts for years now and they're still going strong. About $30+ when I bought that at Queensway. No underwear though, I hate those underwear. Gets in the way. The stretchy material is great for squats.
I haven't been able to find anything as stretchy/cheap until recently when I saw cheap China knockoffs at Giant. Almost exactly the same material, just thinner. <$10 FTW.
