I've seen this before in the CBD underground in TO. They advertised it as an effective 4min workout (or something along those lines) and offered free trials, I think. Never did go to check it out and honestly have no clue how it works...

Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.
