Something I would like to be able to do too.

I haven't mastered the power clean technique but that didn't stop me from practicing it(even with bad form and lousy technique).
Only today i realize my mistakes and got corrected but my efforts wasn't in vain, it helped me transition fast if not jerry would have been vomiting blood because i would've "catch no balls".
don't defeat yourself in your head, nobody was born knowing how to lift everyone has to put in the effort and hard work to learn, correct and progress and nobody said you can't make mistakes though just don't get injured.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

snatches are alright though, but i confirm that breathing pattern has a role in it, sometimes i get freaking tired after awhile.
ahahah
Depending on what you are trying to jerk
Breathing pattern is really important whenever you want to 'jerk'

Shirley or anybody, could you tell me what is the general population's understanding of the term "flexible"?
Paiseh i really don't understand it when people say that i am flexible when they have never seen me doing splits or such. I am doing normal range of motion 99.9% of the time.
The medical definition of flexibility is the ability of the muscles to lengthen. But 99.9% of the time i am not teaching stretching.
Do you mean the ability to "flex" as in "bend"?

That's the meaning in terms of the mind of general people.

To me being flexible is being pliable and fluid in your movement. If you compare yourself and us, you can see we are stiff in our movement. And if you compare yourself with Coach Sonnon you can see the difference in the degree of flexibility. The movement is fluid as opposed to being kinda rigid when you are flexible.
The fluid flexibility of his movement in this link - http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=Y0aIuCIpEbk
Same here with the woman in the link but the flexibility is different from Coach Sonnon.

I see. Let's be specific when we talk medical terms next time ok.
Flexibility = the ability of the muscles to stretch, ie elongate. There is no reference to movement at all. Larger change in length = more flexible.
Mobility = the ease of movement in a given range of motion. Whether the muscles are fully stretched or not is not considered in this definition.
What the public means when they say "flexibility" is actually "mobility", which can also be called "agility".
Hmm, they should come up with a book "glossary of medical terms in general population use".
