1) Anybody knows of good, effective and reasonably priced massage places, preferably around the west?

2) What is Q-angle, I still dun get it or visualise it.

3) What is bowed knees? How do one tell if one has it?

1) what kind you want? Plus HJ,FJ or BBBJ? lol
2) Q-angle is the alignment of your hips and your knees.
Simple way to test, take a stick align it with your hips and follow it down and align it with your knee cap, make sure its flush.

Thats your Q angle.

3) Bowed knees are when one's knee is both protruding outwards.
Quite obvious, just stand straight and you'd see it pointing outwards away from the hips.

Most women i've encountered are mainly knocked knee - knees pointed inwards, this is because of their weak glute minor and hip instability.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

lots of things, most i've seen is poor TVA control and glute unable to fire properly.

Some people might vary but this is the mostly the common problems.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

why don't you ask herman to give you a rough assessment.
makes things easier.

Anyway why don't you get herman to work on you?
He so qualified yet you never ask him..
Schedule an appoint with him la - full assessment/consultation + theraphy about 2 sessions.

From there on, you can schedule your work outs to address the problems.
