As for the rest...continue throwing! It's a god-given right, and the KBs love it(as long as it's not a hard surface!)

I actually like to use Phing's kettlebells. The one with the base. And I always throw the KBs especially when doing single handed KB swings. If not how to change hand?

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John
haha... Ang Pow I only give to my Chinese friends when they invite me for their marriage dinner.
During Hari Raya, I also give green packets away like nothing. Furthermore, Hari Raya happens twice every year. Haha.

Haha.. anyway, in the Malay tradition, u don't give green packets to those who are already drawing an income. When I was in junior college, I was already giving packets to my sisters and younger brother and cousins. All because I was already getting some money from giving tuition, and sessionist gigs at Hard Rock.

Actually come to think of it, if you can put the KB down slowly knowing that you can drop it.. only means that the workout is too easy for you or you're not pushing yourself hard enough.
Shirl is always welcome to join us and slowly put the KB down slowly =)
