This Sunday maybe take a bit longer. ETA I think should be about 20min, but with warmup etc, should be 1 hour? So probably end by 530pm.

we should start at 4.30pm then. Latecomers do 2nd round, as there are not enough equipment to go around anyway.

I am bringing my pair of 20lb dbs.
We would also need 16kg KBs. At least 2.
So that we can go 3 at a time. 4 also can. Don't think will clash that much.

Bryan can start in the first group lah.

BTW, this shd be a timed event, thus no water consumption at least 30mins before, if not confirm get stitch.

If it's not raining, then we meet at the stadium. We'll be the only group of guys who have kettlebells and foam rollers around on the stadium steps.

If it's raining then it will be at the adjacent TPY Safra gym. Pray for no rain!
