time for my self intro here....

most of the regulars at HWZ & those who hv met me at some of the Opt workshops know i'm the oldest geezer ard (i think). Hitting 52 this yr & going to train hard again as soon as my injuries (left rotator cuff & knee) r healed...

for those who tell people they dont hv time to train, all i can say is - dont gimme that crap. i work on an average about 50 - 60 hrs a week & yes, finding the time can be tricky but it can be done. i've often trained at 10 or 11pm after my conference calls with US & European counterparts. Whether u train using a weight set, kettlebells or resistance bands (like me - i use bodylastics & powerpush-up ie before my injuries) it doesnt matter, as long as u train & get the heart rate up fast.... metabolic resistance training is fantastic, that's all i can say.

no lah - last time go to Flowerpod cos when i saw the advice given, almost all were crap so decided to help the ladies there, after experimenting with my wife...

besides i was disengaged fr my last job - got char bor boss mico-managing me so i was actually looking out for another job....
