Hi to all, I am Kevin Lim, 30 yrs of age. I have been working as a personal trainer for the past 3 years and I am currently working at The American Club and coaching the Floorball Team at VJC. I have been doing Crossfit for about a year and coaching Crossfit ever since.

I have recently just joined Team 300 in their sunday workouts and its been great fun knowing a bunch of awesome and fantastic people from this forum. I look forward to getting to know everyone better and knowing more great people from this forum.

Thank you all for the warm welcome. This is the first time I am participating in a forum and it has been a great experience all because of you guys and gals. You have definitely made me feel more comfortable posting my workouts and thoughts. Thanks again and best of luck in training.

Thrashing my thesis now.
Ex-HWZ-er, now straddling 2 forums.
Very interested in martial arts. Digs Weber. Pretty easy-going.
Looks like a stick. Training to look like a gorilla.
Likes gymnastic exercises: Playing with rings and pull-up bar.

One day, wanna join Team Biceps and 300. After my biceps grow beyond 12 inches.

Erm. And yup, triple-booting Win XP, Windows 7 and Ubuntu is nice.

Ya lor, we're not the tire flipping gorillas...we're also monkeys who climb rings and bars run around throwing things up and down...so if you're a monkey too, you'll fit right in!
