Allergic to Aspartame

Post by Derek »

Was wondering if anyone here is allergic to aspartame as well. Dissolved a tablet of Berocca into 700ml of cold water today. 15 minutes later I started itching on my right forearm and my forehead; had a few bumps all over. Fortunately they subsided during training. The nose started to leak as well and I kept sneezing for a while.

Allergies suck.

The label says "sweetened with aspartame."

I am fine with sucralose.

My whey is either sweetened with sucralose or it's unflavoured dude. I don't drink coke.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Any particular reason why you were taking Berocca?

Ingredients in Berocca Original:

Citric acid, sodium hydrogen carbonate, vitamin C, magnesium sulphate, mannitol, calcium carbonate, magnesium carbonate, flavouring, colours (beetroot red, beta carotene), sodium carbonate, niacin(Nicotinamide), sweeteners (aspartame, acesulfame K), sodium chloride, zinc citrate, pantothenic acid, riboflavin, thiamin, vitamin B12, vitamin B6, anti-foaming agent (polysorbate 60), folacin (folic acid), biotin. Contains a source of phenylalanine.

One does wonder which of these you are allergic to...

Allergic reactions is no laughing matter. This is very serious, must do some self test just to make sure.
1. Get a small quantity of aspartame and rub it evenly around the head of the dick (head must be exposed with the foreskin pulled back)
2. If theres no reaction after 5 hours, soak the whole dick in aspartame overnight.
3. If there is still no reaction, this is the last step in testing just to make sure. Drink up all the aspartame that you have used to soak the dick.
If no reaction, you are safe.

Ya that one quite safe. I read somewhere that people use that test then really no more allergy. They say now they only use aspartame to make lum pa pong pong after stuffing the powder into the dhole.

To see if it would enhance my performance for the second training session in the evening. I took it two hours before starting.

I'm pretty certain it's the aspartame; tried Redoxon an hour ago and my neck is itching now.

Coach Kevin,
I tried your aspartame test, now my dick is 12 inches long and black
Is it an allergic reaction and what should I do about it??

Thanks and regards,
Yxy

Dear Yxy (is that your first name),
What you are experiencing is called penisbroncoorgasmrhabdomyolysistendonitis which happens in 2 in a million (1. you, 2. my mother). Its just a normal reaction triggered by the body's safety mechanism when any part of the epidemis comes into contact with one of the proteins found in aspartame called boutifilleknountikaaliacthrumbonmp3. Your dick should shrink back to its original length of 1 inch in 3 days. If it doesn't, you can use the traditional Nonya medical recipe to speed up the process. You can either choose babi pontei or ikan asam pedas.

Hope I have answered your question.
All my best
Coach Kevin
