Genting highlands sucks?

My friends and i were planning to go there. I heard some bad things about them and i went to yahoo to get more reviews.This was what i got....

I like the weather it's very cold, the rides will make you scream! specially "Space Shot".

Don't mind the staff they will just ruin your day! zero customer service! and watch out the foods are so expensive , better ready.

(for staff) Don't ask them a question they don't know the answer anyway.

I still dont believe check in time takes too long

I like the cool weather and the situation which far from town, it makes me feel relax.. The only 1 thing is check in time into 1st world hotel takes me about 5 hours to wait..

Genting -- super poor customer service

i went there for 3 days 2 nights.. thought was a good holiday for my whole family but didnt expect was a bad experience. most of the staffs there given a very bad impression that spolit mood. Poor attitude and reluctant to serve customers ( irresponsible empolyees ). Expensive foods which dont taste great. theme park dont worth RM 33 each.. i could said overall poor.. i think only for gambler than family..

Genting exists almost solely for gambling, the amusement park is average, the other entertainment available is also not much better. If you intend to do anything else there, prepare to pay tourist prices for lousy service and quality.

the only enjoyment I might get out of a trip there is if I biked to the summit and back. Wouldn't bother staying...

it's definitely boring to me over there coz i have been there quite a few times.
