Can row like rowing on a dragonboat... without getting wet or end up like Robinson Crusoe? :oops:

Think of it as a threadmill version of the dragonboat... :P

have you tried a concept 2 rower before?

If you haven't you're in for treat.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Its like asking me how does a clean and jerk feel, all i can say - like that lo.

concept2 is the benchmark. others...hit and miss. you won't go wrong with a concept2.

haven't even gotten close to the cardio section... i get the feeling they only have treadmills and bike
