Can row like rowing on a dragonboat... without getting wet or end up like Robinson Crusoe?
Think of it as a threadmill version of the dragonboat...

have you tried a concept 2 rower before?
If you haven't you're in for treat.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

concept2 is the benchmark. others...hit and miss. you won't go wrong with a concept2.
