I have 2 of ur KBs. I can only bring 1 as 2 won't fit into my bag.

Thus, I am not bringing DBs. but I will bring a softball glove and ball.

Considering we don't have enough DBs, and most have never done KTEs, how about:
400M+KB C+J+reverse curls?

Whether reverse curls or ab rollers, let's see how many ab rollers we end up getting.

Frankly speaking I don't like hanging too long anyway, I have enough wrist+elbow problems to last me a lifetime, literally.

Also, can we decide on a place to eat ahead of time? My wife says there is a banquet (halal so Sufian can join us) food court in toa payoh (someone look it up, maybe @central)?

Other suggestions?

Now that we are getting bigger turnouts and are forced to do it in waves, I think everyone's competitiveness is starting to show a bit more and helps to push everyone past their pain and limits.

Xian is simply amazing man, just looking at him knocking out rep after rep is inspriational. And not to forget all the monsters that participated yesterday, everyone's just so driven. kudos to all :)
Its a pity I couldn't stay to finish watching the other 2 groups, must have been a great sight.

started uploading, parts I and II for waves 1+2 and 3+4 respectively. Hope none of the audio gets banned this time. Also uploading a new video (new audio) for Metcon Ninja II.

Probably won't be done till tomorrow.

Any volunteers for future video editing?
