Goi, I will feel depressed when I see you guys train la. I mean, it's like a monkey trying to blend into a group of gorillas flipping tires.

Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Hi guys, i'm Ryan. I know there's already one here but i guess if any of you have seen me i'd be the more scrawny one.
2007 i enlisted for NS into the SPF (to my dismay at that pt of time). 6months incamp training. Wake up, eat, train, study law, eat, study, eat. Nothing to do since 7pm onwards.
Halfway through some of us got to access the staff gym at the camp, which wasn't supposed to be mean for us. Deadlift almost everyday. Cuz have not been training since the exams and 3mths basic training.
After being posted out as neighbourhood PO, my life got a bit screwed up as it was a long shift work and demands of me were high. Very high. no time to train anymore. Got through one of the most exciting/fuckedup/happy/learn lotsa things NS life anyone would imagine. OF coz, not as physically demanding as in the army.
3 mths later around jan 2008 i started weight training again by managing my time better. Gained about 8-9 kg to 65 now. I was also motivated cuz i hate having to arrest fucking bigger and stronger criminals. WORSE, they challenged you to do it while you colleagues think that u're too weak. Now ORD already, still training. Still scrawny, but at least got a bit stronger.
So yea, working office hours now, trying to hit 75kg by june =)
sorry bout the walloftext anyway..
