fuck it, let's just get it out of the system...

my contention have always been that you don't do (enough of?) what you teach/preach.
so I have no idea why you keep saying something about 'target market'?

take that 'goal settings' post/article of yours in your training log.
after reading your log that followed (end of year 2008 - beginning of 2009), do you think anyone would think you're the one to go to if they had problem with goal settings?

Now, this is an interesting quote that you chose...
in your case, how are we to know how much you care?
it seems that it is not from what you do.

Thanks for pointing that out...since the subject is singular.

I still tend to make silly mistakes from time to time.

Think of it this way, If i sucked that bad wouldn't i be needing to find a new job?
Would i get referrals to get new clients from current ones?
Wouldn't the current ones fire me instead of renewing my services, i don't charge cheap too.

Think about it before you put forth your cynicism.;)

Anything works given the time/dedication/discipline, what makes a good coach/trainer is getting your trainees to buy into your system and putting their trust in you - also having tangible results.
Train someone and you'll know, its more than just what you can do or have done.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

if you're doing well:
1)then quit whining about being poor
2)don't talk about selling copied dvd of the coach you claim to respect (just because it's a few hundred bucks, where the fuck is your backbone that you talk about in this?)
Think about it before you put forth your cynicism.;)
cynicism?
ok, i'll really break shit down, into one sentence:
'i think you can do better, by actually doing shit you post'
i have no idea how to interpret your answer, but i'm done with this.

Louis

H sums it all up rather nicely.

If getting clients is the definition of success for you, thats great, but then the pinsetter in the polo shirt down at Fitness First also 'gets clients' and 'referrals' and even 'results'.

If you want to be compared with a normal trainer thats fine, but we on this board hold you to a higher standard than just a Clubfit trainer, and you should hold yourself to an even higher one.

Stop regurgitating crap from strengthcoach.com or wherever, that you cannot substantiate with data either for your clients or even on your blobby body, and prove us all wrong.

Heck, Im starting to agree with Kenshinn now.

Kenshin does makes sense in some points....how totally wrg can a person gets???

Its a matter of opening up to listen n get thru it......

The downfall of some 1 is when u get too complacent and think u r the best...Refuse to listen and open up to other opinions and ideas.... :partyman:

If taunting and being negative is your form of motivation, seriously its not working.. but its hilarious and fun to act like a jackass in response.
sticks and stones, jerry, sticks and stones.
Try harder please and change method while you're at it. ;)

I seriously think anyone who doesn't have any major injury/ailment will be able to get IPPT gold in 11 months if they train specifically for it. So please, our dinner is in your hands Louis! Do it for the children! :violin:
