Is there any plan for this coming sunday...yet?
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

There is now I guess! A Valentine's day special? With lots of thrusting thrusters, swingers swinging, jerking and cleaning(up)?

Anything also can, as long as someone guide me on the form. So is it same time again?

Aiya dont avoid it la. I also suck big time at running, (ie failed 2.4km at ippt for the past 3 years) but i just join in lo. You can only get better at it if you keep doing it..

Anyway imo the 3 separate rounds is still easier than a straight 2.4km for me.. ;)

Can you choose a non-run type workout? I'd like to separate the runs from the workout proper; after watching some people run last week with not-so-great form, I'm a bit concerned sticking it into a timed workout.

Something with ring dips, pullups, lunges, C+J or swings (oops, is that a workout in itself?)

Can't remember, I was running the last 100m with Bryan and Weixian, and I noticed some really bad gait in front, no knee lifts, more shuffling than running, and someone with a really pronounced yawing (for want of a better term) of the right ankle and foot.

But if you guys want to do Helen, so be it.

I like the way u think of these WODs.. but in all honesty, this will really smash a lot of the guys. Especially workout 1, 3 and 4.
