I see Kevin likes workouts that don't require him to scribble exercises on the back of his hand :)

Yup it's most probably me, so have to get more guidance from you guys!
Squats can only strengthen, tear or break something. Strengthening, tearing and breaking is totally awesome. Thus squats are awesome.

anything involving using focus mitts/thai pads? I have a set, I can always go buy another set.

Maybe 5 people per round, consisting of 20 reps of:
bench jumps
focus mitts/thai pads (per hand/elbow)
pullups
KBS
etc?

Just trying to liven things up, with the equipment I have. Always good to incorporate movements that also help IRL, just look at how much "fun" 4x100m sprints can bring to the table with very little equipment.

You guys are welcome to include stuff I'm not good at (I sux-rox at 100m sprints, for example)... should be interesting to see what else I can't do, excluding my obvious physical limitation of being half-blind

So it means you have focus mitts and kick/knee pads too? Then we can do 3x2minute rounds, that should kill most people in the first 2.5 minutes. I have a set of wraps, but no gloves.

Absolutely

If people don't have the timing to run, then hitting a pad is going to be really funny.

I'll look through my 3 Ross Enamait books and find a workout with mitt work in them. Shouldn't be hard to find.

I'm going to enjoy watching you guys die 30 seconds into the punching... fight club... oh boy...

No no, it's not going to be a kickboxing class (shudder). But either FGB style (1min/exercise for reps), or just reps for time, maybe 3 rounds of 4 exercises (so max 14mins/wave, which is what our high watermark is normally, 14-15min for the last person to finish)? I don't think we've ever done a rep count (FGB) type workout yet. Not sure what the implications are...

Of course, not forgetting the 2x400m and 4x100m runs before the workout proper :P
