I think the selection should have some requirements -
A - simple enough to teach, simple enough to learn
B - simple enough to maintain good form through out.
C - granted some form degradation, but the work out itself should cater to fitness of all levels and that they should be able to keep the form.
D - it should be progressive that everyone can improve from their level of fitness and not blitz it to oblivion.

I believe the reason we get together is not just to get our ass kick but enjoy each other's company with a work out.
You know like meet for a drink and not binge drink till you puke blood - that you can do it on your own or gather with other guys to do it another day.
Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

no point doing the extremes when i noe im not up to there yet. would be only seeking my own death.

I'll do Helen. Whole point is to suffer together, otherwise I might as well do Murph myself, some time, when I feel masochistic/bored/lack of equipment enough.

So wet program is:
downward ladders (10->1) of:
DB Piston Press w/45lbx2
Front/Goblet Squat w/55lb
Box/Tuck Jump
Pull-up
Deadlift w/135lb

Run 5 people at a time, so 4 male, 1 female, one spare station for a bit of spacing? Then we realistically need 2+1 sets of DBs+3 benches for the piston press (1 for the female, and 2 in case one of the guys still overlaps), and 2+1 sets of deadlift bars. 2+1 DBs for Front/Goblet squat. Don't need anything else for the tuck jumps, some bands for pullups.

If we do 10->4, it's about 11% shorter, but might reduce the amount of station changing at the end; I reckon ~15mins?

Too much equipment or you think E1 should be ok?

OK, wet weather program will be as you prescribed, but I'd still like to try my concoction one rainy day...
