Don't think I can do dinner. Got 7pm appointment.

Don't even know if I can run. I bruised my left toe yesterday. Hurts when I jump even.

Just started raining here at Serangoon central/north area. Looks like it might be a passing shower though(was heavy for a while then now it's just a drizzle).

If it stops raining we continue. Wet tracks are still ok.

Anyone closer to TPY can give us a weather report?

thanks for coming guys, we had 7 of us, namely:

Goi
Phing
Sufian
Bert
Keith
Louis
Jordan

4x400m track work, rest in-between as required
- first 2 laps warmup
- next two laps hard'ish

Circuit: 1min alternating ladders of
(1) ring pushups and bodyweight squats
(2) pullups (strict to chest) and box jumps
i.e. 1st minute: 1 ring pushup, 1 squat, 2nd minute 1 pullup, 1 box jump, 3rd minute 2 rpu+sq, 4th minute 2 pu+boxj, etc

Sounds a bit confusing but you just had to know which round it was and what pair you were doing.

Most of us managed to get to round 10, but I must admit my pullups were no longer to chest in round 10, I had to break them up to 4, 2, 2, 1+1, so it was good time to stop. Maybe we should have tried to go back down again?!?

Suffian managed to get to round 12...

good turn-out today.
Good workout also.

Next time, I am not gonna train my legs before the next 300. Haha

And, for the rest's info, Louis is not fat anymore.

And, next time, all of us gonna do the carwheels and handstands Or at least try to. We will all progress together.

I miss track work. Also a good chance to catch up with everyone while we are all "homeless"

Besides the beep test, we should time ourselves over various distances to mark progressions.

If TPY is a good location for everyone, we should just continue to meet there whenever we do track work.

And once we get our KB  then everyone will be staring at us... oh wait that was ECP already :P
