for a change, why not we bring the WOD to hilltop in the morning.

so anyone who's still got gas left can go for the sprints.

lets hear some noise!

i'll be there at about 9-9.30 with my clients, they'll be doing hill sprints.
You are always welcome to join us.

Would be interested to see how my work has manifested and how many people can this 47 year old beat.

I am doing this purely for cardio purposes, thus wouldn't mind either. I seriously prefer the WOD at the hilltop. So, once we finish, I can carry on with the hill sprints. Friday is a back and biceps day for me at the gym anyway.

If the WOD is not conducive to be done on the slopes, then we can utilise the stairs as Louis suggested.

And, I hope I dont get beaten by a 47 year old lady.

Sufian wrote:whynot we do this workout at batok hill??

can sub the 400m run for a hill run... maybe 4 lampost down and up.

5/4/2009 12:40.
"a day to remember"

5 rounds of
hill sprint ( 4 lampost down and up)
12 KB snatch (5 each hand)
10 swings (overhead)
10 burpees
10 thrusters (5 each hand) or stair climb to the top, and back down
10 squat jumps

I have 2 X 16kg, 2 X 20kg, 1 X 24kg, 1 X 32kg KB. Choose your poison.

This will really be a puke-inducing, lactate-producing workout. Or we can do 20mins AMRAP instead of the 5 rounds if u guys dont want this to cross 20mins.
There chiu go.
