Working "hard," or the perception of working hard, doesn't really mean anything. Sweating, vomiting, and breathing hard could be a good workout or a tropical disease kicking in.-Dan John

Today's WOD is "May Day", 3 rounds, FGB style AMRAP in 1 min, of:
Ring Dips
Lunges (2 lunges=1 i.e. lunge each side)
G2O (ground to overhead, whether C+J/P, Snatch etc)
Pullups
Rest

Scores (ring dips each round), (lunges each round), (g2o...) , (pullups...):
Sufian (25,23,20),(22,21,17), (25,21,19), (25,20,18)=256
Goi (20,18,13), (22,21,20), (20,20,19), (15,13,9)=210
Weixian (8,?,7), (15,16,15), (25,15,15), (10,9,8)=143 (missing 2nd round of ring dips?)
Phing (19,22,18), (18,16,20), (18,16,20), (22, 11, 13)=213 (did 16kg KB snatches for g2o)
Louis (20,13,18), (17,15,18), (11,10,8), (15,12,10)=167

Finishers:
4min Tabata (20 secs work, 10 secs rest) of Box jumps (20"?), Air Squats (8 mins total)

I averaged about 10 for the box jumps at the end, and 18 for the air squats... Pain Supreme...

May Day? I'm open for suggestions...

Must admit, the movements did work out reasonably well per round (for sufian, anyway). I thought I'd get more pullups than that, but I'd really cut down on volume the last 3 weeks to let my elbows rest.
