the shoes nice to wear hor? Your clean technique good liao, just need to do more squat cleans instead of power cleans if you wana get better at it. Wana get faster then just got to practise more lor. Jerk: must start from no weight. Feet position not right. Need to work on dip also :wink:

they are actually both right

jordon is still learning

you don't want to overload guys with coaching cues

getting the shoulder in front of the bar is a great way of getting the set up position right, which then give you a god chance of getting the rest of the lift right
