delt problem

Post by manyu882 »

hi i got this delt problem which i got it 5 days ago. i didn't get this injury from workout. instead, i got it from bad sleeping posture during that night.

now if i raise my left elbow laterally, with my fist pointing downwards, then rotate my forarm counter clockwise, i'll feel pain when my fist is about to pint upwards.

the pain is not on the shoulder. but rather, inside the shoulder. its like what people would describe the problem as shoulder impingement.

Is there any exercise i can correct it? i'll come down to 300 tomorrow to seek advice from you guys

Place your left hand on right shoulder. Raise your elbow up slowly. It's only shoulder impingement if there's pain.

If there's no pain, it's just other stuff. There's 101 ways to get shoulders injury.

Check out jpfitness forum. A lot of experts there who can identify your problem.

It is not a cure all but it can pretty much eliminate a lot of problem.

eh this morning i work out i feel great. the pain no more liao but then when i try to rotate my arm, 360 degrees outwards CCW, after i heard a impingement sound, the pain come back abit liao ahha. will restrict movemet which will cause the impingement and let it heal. then, and start intuflow to improve rom.

maybe its due to sleeping habit. i slept w/o pillow yesterday.

Start now. As long as discomfort level is kept below 3/10 it is fine.

nice, very Sambo'ish. I like the gun platform movement demonstrations at the end. Been looking at CAR for an alternative to the typical weaver, isoceles et al stance, will need to experiment if it can be supported due to the more restricted shoulder movement (or I guess it will still support a low stance).
